We email with a return shipping label ***Free shipping is for USA buyers only - international buyers must cover incoming shipping.***
Pack unit and ship out - be sure that plenty of packing material is used for protection 
Unit is repaired in 1-2 days (parts delays are not common, but can cause slight delays)
Unit is shipped back via USPS or UPS
 
Warranty: 1 year from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any liquid or physical damage, as this is entirely outside of our repairs or control.
